Rules: how a round of Speed Roulette works
The game is European roulette with 37 pockets: the numbers 1 to 36 and the green zero. During betting time you place chips on single numbers, groups of numbers or outside bets such as red/black. The dealer then spins the ball, and the pocket where it comes to rest settles every bet.
Thanks to the single zero, the house edge in the classic game is 2.7%. When zero comes up, all outside bets lose.
| Bet | Payout |
|---|---|
| Single number (straight up) | 35:1 |
| Two numbers (split) | 17:1 |
| Three numbers (street) | 11:1 |
| Four numbers (corner) | 8:1 |
| Six numbers (line) | 5:1 |
| Dozen / column | 2:1 |
| Red/black, even/odd, 1–18/19–36 | 1:1 |
What makes Speed Roulette different
That is roughly half as long as normal live roulette, because bets are placed while the ball is spinning. It plays European roulette with a single zero and an RTP of 97.30%.
